A career military man, Erwin is a true patriot, having served in Iraq and Afghanistan for a total of 28 months. Spending so much time in combat zones, he says, inspired him to live his life with "a sense of urgency" in order to make a positive difference in the world. In 2010, he founded Team RWB (the name stands for "Red, White and Blue"), an organization that helps wounded veterans regain their strength and mobility so they can continue to pursue an active, athletic lifestyle. It has since grown to more than 42,000 members nationwide.
