Legally immigrating to America isn’t as easy as some would make you believe.
And in a new “Decoded,” Franchesca Ramsey breaks down all the obstacles ―including but not limited to financial strain and an already overwhelmed system ― standing in the way for those who want to legally immigrate to the United States. Immigration courts last year had a backlog of more than 500,000 cases, with only 301 judges to oversee the cases.
Ramsey uses humor to explain the complicated process behind a highly debated issue... because everyone seems to have an opinion on immigration.
