Long lines couldn't be found at most polling sites throughout Illinois as election experts believe this year's primary could rival the mere 24.8 percent of registered voters who turned out at the polls during the primaries four years ago. But a closer look at Chicago wards and precincts shows that voters in some areas were quite energized this year.
