"American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest will soon be heard on Chicago radio, Robert Feder reports in the Sun-Times.
Starting Monday, Seacrest's nationally syndicated music and entertainment news show will air from 1 to 4 p.m. weekdays on Clear Channel Radio rhythmic Top 40 WKSC-FM (103.5).
Seacrest's addition is Clear Channel Entertainment's latest step away from local programming, Feder notes, "in favor of a generic, syndicated product in the country's No. 3 media market, the move bumps Billy Hammond from the station's lineup."
