Three prime examples of the uniquely San Franciscan full-floor flat, these Post-Victorians come with their own quirks. Sometimes, they can seem long and narrow, but also offer a lot in their generous proportions, traditional details, and privacy.

Take a look at the listings below:

1121 Lincoln Way, Inner Sunset $799K (01 of03)

This 2-bed,1.5-bath flat is not only in one of our favorite neighborhoods, it faces Golden Gate Park. The top floor unit dates back to 1909 and has one of the best remodeled kitchens we've seen in a while. In a two-unit building with a lovely shared garden, the front could use some help-- getting hit in the wave of 50s remodeling and losing a lot detail under Mid-Century shingles-- it looks great inside. The quiet, leafy neighborhood is one of the most walkable and family-friendly in town, sometimes called "The Irving" after the commercial district a block away on Irving Street, plus there's a great Sunday farmer's market nearby. HOAs of $260 a month. Open Sunday, May 13, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (credit:Redfin)
Ashbury Street, Upper Haight, 999K(02 of03)

We're not sure this big, crisply renovated top-floor flat is going to pull in a million dollars, but they've done a great job on the rehab, opening the kitchen up to the front of the building (usually it's in the back) and with a count of five bedrooms plus a ground floor space, there's some flexibility in what room gets used for what. High ceilings and ready to move into. Sadly, no place for your car, but a quick walk to three car-share pods, the Haight Street Market and Whole Foods. And of course, more vintage clothing than you can ever imagine. HOAs of $300 a month. Open Sunday, May 13, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (credit:Redfin)
104 Divisadero Street, Buena Vista Park/Haight Ashbury, $1.195M(03 of03)

On a quiet stretch of Divisadero Street-- in one of our favorite mini-neighborboods with no thru-traffic and downslope from Buena Vista Park-- this 4-bed, 2-bath flat built in 1908 has a great square floor plan, big rooms and high ceilings. You may not love the kitchen or the baths, but with three open exposures and views of downtown, you may also get over that. We've seen two other flats in this beautifully-detailed building, and it's one of the best. HOAs of $370a month, parking for one car. Learn more here. (credit:Redfin)
