Smoking In The Subway? Two 'Smartasses' Prime Example Of How NOT To Act On The Train (VIDEO)

Some people, in Rihanna's words, really have run out of f**ks to give.

Like these two gentleman straphangers who, according to the description on YouTube, were "smoking, cursing, and spitting inside the NYC subway #7 train on 4/27/12 9:46pm."

Apparently the "two smart asses" entered the train at the Corona stop, and promptly threw trash on a smaller man, telling him to "get the f**k outta here." Then, one of the men lit up a cigarette across from a woman and her baby.

(Where is "Snackman" when you need him?).

However you feel about Bloomberg's maybe nanny-state smoking laws, we New Yorkers can all agree that smoking on the train is definitely no bueno--too small a space and already dirty enough without cigarette butts. (Once, while we were watching the 1997 action film The Peacemaker starring George Clooney and Nicole Kidman, a guy next to us lit up a cigarette in the movie theater. It has haunted us to this day).
