To inspire Americans to seek out employment opportunities in education, the White House launched the TEACH Campaign last week.

According to the Teach.gov website, the goal of the campaign is to:

raise awareness of the teaching profession and get a new generation of teachers to join the ones who are already making a difference in the classroom. At TEACH.gov you can learn what it's really like to be a teacher and get the tools you need to launch your own career in education.

Users can find interactive online tools to help them explore their individual "path to teaching."

By answering questions about their educational background, area of interest, state of residence and more, each user can find targeted information and teaching opportunities that suit them.
