This week, the handy-dandy Zagat guide released the 2012 Los Angeles/So. California Restaurants Survey results. The recent Google-acquisition is in its 25th year, and to celebrate, we have prepared a round-up of some of the year's top picks.
Zagat has introduced a new nod to this year's edition and it's one of LA's (and our!) favorite things: The Food Truck. The mobile-munching trend has been labeled the "best development to ever hit the LA dining scene," reports the release.
And although they aren't on our slideshow, restaurant newcomers like Michael Voltaggio's Ink and Cleo at the Redbury Hotel both scored notable mentions.
The 2012 Los Angeles/So. California Restaurants Survey ($15.95) is currently available in bookstores, online at ZAGAT.com and via ZAGAT for mobile. Follow Zagat on Facebook and Twitter for more info.
