In a hilarious summary of the legislative process and the ways in which the "Cap'n Trade" superhero has lost all his powers, he closed with: "Cap'n trade, naked bruised and humiliated, is off to the senate to get Skullf**cked."

Stewart then interviews Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, and asks him tough questions like how he handles climate change deniers: "As a scientist, can you physically when you get angry, bust out of your clothes and get really big and destroy them as The Incredible Secretary Chu?"
Stewart then exclaims: "You're the first Cabinet member I've met from the Obama Administration that seems alive! "

The Secretary also talks about the potential climate benefits of his proposal to paint roofs and streets white, which we at HuffPost Green are big fans of.
