El Senador de la Florida, Marco Rubio, se encontraba dando su discurso de respuesta al de Barack Obama, sobre el Estado de la Unión.

Los temas que mencionaba Rubio, quien se vislumbra como posible candidato presidencial republicano de 2016, quedaron en un segundo plano cuando de repente se movió e inclinó a su izquierda bruscamente, con la intención de alcanzar una botellita de agua y casi se sale del cuadro de la cámara; causando que por poco lo perdiéramos de vista.

Es común que los oradores sientan sed luego de pronunciar discursos, pero usualmente agarran el líquido despacio, y con discreción.

El rostro de Marco Rubio se asemejaba a aquel de un niño que acababa de ser descubierto después de haber hecho una "maldad".
