RGIII's taste in houses and wedding presents is mostly cheered.

But his movie choices may raise eyebrows:

Pleasantly surprised at how good a movie The Internship was with Vince Vaughn & Owen Wilson. Not as funny as you would expect but good

— Robert Griffin III (@RGIII) June 8, 2013

RGIII posted this same observation about "The Internship" -- which has not won much critical praise, though its opening weekend brought in more money than had been expected -- to his Facebook page, provoking a variety of overall pretty reasonable responses:

Dude how do you go to the movies?

All eyes on the prize, Robert. You can watch all the movies you want when you are in the Hall Of Fame.

So off season he is a movie critic and football season he is a star QB. Not to shabby.

Just saw that too. Enjoyed it a lot. It was refreshing to see humor that didn't require lots of cussing and graphic sex talk.

Vince Vaughn is always consistent. Couples retreat was ok too

When they make a movie on you, I want to play you Mr. RG3 Sir!!! What do you say???

I agree! By the way, love your new house! Congrats to you and your fiancé

And by the way again, here's the new house:

Previously, when the superstar quarterback asked his Facebook followers to help him choose between going to see "The Hangover 3" and "Fast and Furious 6," RGIII seemed to recognize that neither was really a perfect option:

That's a lot of sequels by the way ha ha

And he's not just a fan of movies, but also of movie stars, it appears:

Maybe we'll catch a glimpse of this new homeowner/movie buff at one of the D.C. area's best theaters sometime soon?

Best D.C. Movie Theaters

Don't like what the Uptown is playing? Wait a week. The single-screen old school theater brings in big-budget features for a big room. We recommend sitting in the balcony. (credit:WikiMedia:)

The downtown Silver Spring year-long film festival has a gorgeous main theater and enough small rooms to curate a wide array of small budget features from around the world. We like the movies shown at West End Cinema. We really like the consistent Living Social, Groupon and Amazon deals for tickets to West End Cinema. We love the popcorn. It's the best in D.C. (credit:Facebook)

Byrd Theatre(10 of10)

A drive to Richmond to visit the Byrd should be a yearly pilgrimage for any cinema buff. The 80-year old palace screens second-run movies for $1.99.
