They say nothing brings together two people like the mutual hatred towards a third -- an expression that Drake and Romeo Santos fans are thankful for.
The King of Bachata joined forces with the Grammy-winning Canadian rapper for Santos’ latest single “Odio” (“Hate”). The track, released on Monday, features Drake singing first in Spanish and later adds a rap to the duo’s tune about hating the man that is making their girl happy.
“Odio” is the second single off Santos’ anticipated new solo album “Formula Vol. 2,” set to be released on February 25. The record’s first single, “Propuesta Indecente,” reached No. 1 on the Billboard Latin charts after it was released last summer.
While Romeo continues to keep Bachata fans happy, Drake displays his artistic versatility in the new track fusing the tropical genre with rap. Santos’ upcoming album with also include collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Marc Anthony, Carlos Santana, Tego Calderón and comedian Kevin Hart.
