Back in January, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump's husband, put his Astor Place pad on the market.

Now, Curbed discovers that Kushner's found a buyer.

Kushner paid $3.225 million for the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo at 21 Astor Place. The asking price was $4.1 million, though the final price wasn't reported.

The couple is moving to a 4 bedroom penthouse at Trump Park Avenue.
