RECCETA: Arroz blanco jazmín

Ingredientes:

1 diente de ajo, picado
1/2 cebolla pequeña, picada
1 taza de arroz jazmín (jasmine)
2 cucharas de aceite de oliva
1 1/2 taza de agua caliente
2 cucharadas de sal

Preparación:

Calienta una olla pequeña. Agregar el aceite de oliva y enseguida el ajo y la cebolla. Añadir el arroz. Mezclar bien. Agrega la sal y el agua. Baja la temperatura y cocina por 15 minutos. Retira del fuego y déjalo tapado por unos 5 minutos.
