In spite of receiving the Millennium Award on Whitney Houston's behalf at last Sunday’s annual Billboard Music Awards, Bobbi Kristina Brown is reportedly being investigated by the event’s venue, MGM Grand, for illegal gambling.

TMZ reports that Brown was spotted in Vegas on Saturday night by a MGM Grand surveillance camera showing the 19-year-old facing a slot machine alongside 22-year-old alleged boyfriend and adoptive brother Nick Gordon.

Underage gambling is something that the MGM Grand doesn't take lightly. According to their official website, employees “enforce Nevada Law which requires that Guests must be at least 21 years of age to gamble in the resort” and “monitor vigilantly to prevent underage gambling and unattended minors in our casinos.”

If convicted of underage gambling, Brown could possibly face up to 6 months in county jail or a $1,000 fine.

Since Whitney Houston’s untimely death, Kristina has made headlines for her relationship to Gordon. The two have been spotted in public numerous times showing affection for one another and even sparked wedding rumors, however a spokesperson for the aspiring actress have since denied the reports.
