The first step to recovery is to admit you have a problem. You don't have to bring physical evidence.

A "very intoxicated" man who was carrying a beer crashed an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio and refused to leave, according to court documents.

Darrin Porter, 45, showed up drunk at the 12 Step House at 12:15 a.m. and wandered the hallways, interrupting a meeting according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Employees escorted Porter out of the facility, but he allegedly returned. When police arrived, the suspect declined to answer officers' questions and demanded to know their names and social security numbers, according to Fox 19.

Police claim they detected a "strong odor" of alcohol on the suspect's breath and took him into custody, according to WLWT.

Porter has been charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and obstructing official business.
