You can’t say he didn’t warn you.

Luciano Gutierrez, 66, was photographed last week wearing a shirt that reads “WARNING: I DO DUMB THINGS” after getting arrested on his ninth drunk driving charge, The Smoking Gun reports.

The Texas man was initially pulled over and charged for the incident in November, but was arrested on a warrant on Thursday. Bell County officials reviewing the case ended up bumping the charge up to a felony after realizing that Gutierrez already had more than three DWI convictions, according to KBTX.

Police had a “good laugh” about his choice of attire, according to KCEN.
