Sometimes a good thing can be taken too far. Like wayyyy too far.

A Seattle-based character called Phoenix Jones took on the ice bucket challenge to benefit research for ALS, as many are doing. But Jones went one crazier.

He had someone shock him with stun gun right after the water was dumped on his head. Then another icy bath, in the form of a mini pool on the ground, awaited his shocked body as he fell in.

Jones has received attention for leading a vigilante movement of self-styled superheroes to controversial effect. But there's no crime-fighting in the video above, just nuttiness.

And in case you need us to say it: Please don't try this at home. Seriously.
