If former U.K. Foreign Secretary David Miliband is to be believed, former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright is a pretty good chauffeur.
Miliband, who took part in a U.S. Institute of Peace conversation on the Middle East on Friday, tweeted a photo of Albright behind the wheel, saying he had an "extremely over qualified driver" on his trip to Washington, D.C.'s Union Station:
