Univision anuncia los 'Premios Univision Deporte' y un galardón solidario

Univision está de estreno, sí ahora tendrá un galardón más, "Lo Premios Univision Deportes" que promete homenajear a los mejores atletas y equipos de las ligas y deportes que más les interesan a los hispanos.

La presentación de dos horas será un tributo a célebres atletas por sus logros dentro y fuera de la cancha en el fútbol, baloncesto, béisbol, fútbol americano, boxeo y carreras de autos.

Los premios se realizarán en Miami y se verán por UniMás el jueves 18 de diciembre a las 9/8 PM Centro, con una transmisión simultánea en Univision Deportes Network (UDN).

Para seguir el estilo de los premios de la cadena y aunque solo sea para el deporte, la gala incluirá presentaciones musicales por destacados artistas latinos y un programa de antesala de una hora en la alfombra roja, que se trasmitirá en UDN.

Aunque sea su estreno, el premio viene con un anuncio muy especial y solidario porque están buscando a nivel nacional aquellos héroes que a diario emplean el poder del deporte para servir y mejorar su comunidad y la vida de las personas que viven en ella.

El ganador de la categoría llamada "Por Amor al Deporte" recibirá un premio que consiste de 25 mil dólares en efectivo para reconocer sus esfuerzos y un viaje con todos los gastos pagos para la gala de Premios Univision Deportes en Miami, donde tendrá la oportunidad de pasar una noche entre atletas reconocidos mundialmente.

Según explica el comunicado enviado por Univision, las personas pueden nominar a su candidato enviando un correo a premiosdeportes@tv.univision.com junto a un video o ensayo que describa el trabajo realizado por el nominado para mejorar su comunidad a través del deporte. Las nominaciones serán recibidas hasta el domingo, 23 de noviembre y serán revisadas por el comité deportivo de Premios Univision Deportes.
