An LGBTQ youth support group known as The Place in Modesto, Calif. recently released a video that will have you smiling, tearing up and even laughing at times.

Check out the beautiful video above featuring LGBTQ youth, their families and allies offering signs of support (literally) and sharing their stories in hopes of raising visibility and breaking down stereotypes.
