As expected, elegance, femininity and sophistication reigned on the new Carolina Herrera Fall 2013 collection runway, which took place on Monday during the New York Fashion Week.
Designs glowed with beautiful embellishments, flowing silk dresses, fresh two-piece sets prints, and a distinct pallet of colors that went from caramels and creams to blues, burgundies and reds.
Subtle hairstyles and makeup, and modern accessories like sunglasses, ties and belts, gave a romantic touch to the creations. The ladylike offering defined one more time the glamorous style that has characterized the Venezuelan fashion designer for more than 30 years.
Among the attendees, fashion icon and Vogue magazine editor Anna Wintour, as well as actress Paz Vega and Maggie Grace, and supermodel Molly Sims were present to enjoy the event and find out what's next for Carolina.
