Rihanna isn't the only one switching up her hair color this week -- actress Gabrielle Union has decided to tint her tresses as well!

While RiRi went for the more mature hue of grey (aka "Brrr"), Gabby opted for a sexy Beyonce-esque blonde.

The "Being Mary Jane" star debuted her lightened locks look over Instagram on Wednesday with the caption: "New Day, New Job... New Do"
