When it comes to supporting the queer community, there’s more you can do than donate to empowering causes like HRC, GLAAD and The Trevor Project (though don’t get us wrong ― that’s really important, too).
Spending money to support the art, creativity and businesses of underrepresented folks is also an important part of empowering a community, like by shopping Black-owned and latinx-owned businesses.
That’s why we reached out to the trendsetters at Etsy to learn more about the importance of safe, open and diverse places for queer folks to share their work.
