Don't play hide and seek with this adorable pooch. You'll never win. Ever.

"My dad texts me and says my dog went missing," wrote user StummDoggBillionaire, aka Connor Stumm from Sheridan, Indiana, but now away at Wabash College in Crawfordsville. "Twenty minutes later he sends me this."

Reddit users questioned whether the appliance had been shut and in use when the pooch was inside. Connor revealed the dog's trick in a subsequent post under the image which has gone viral -- and had racked up more than 2.3 million views by early Tuesday.

Connor told The Huffington Post that he was "still trying to figure out" how the snap went viral.

"It's actually really hard to study for final exams while a picture of your dog gains 10,000 views every few minutes on a separate browser window... if my mother asks after my grades are released," he added via email.
