Justice Scalia: "Abortion" And "Homosexual Sodomy" Not In The Constitution...

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia indicates that the constitution does not protect the right to an abortion, or "homosexual sodomy," in this video clip from the Associated Press.

"On controversial issues on stuff like homosexual rights, abortion," the Justice said at a debate with American Civil Liberties Union president Nadine Strossen, "we debate with each other and persuade each other and vote on it either through representatives or a constitutional amendment."
