If you're a child of the 1980s, here's something that will probably make your day.

Nike has released an advertising spot featuring Kevin Durant, Bill Hader and the incomparable Christopher Lloyd to publicize their new "Back To The Future" themed shoes.

The limited edition shoe is a futuristic model that's based on a glowing pair that appeared in the distant future known as 2015 in "Back To The Future II."

The advertisement itself may only be two minutes long, but it's a suitable fix for any fan of the beloved series.

Best of all, all proceeds from the limited edition shoes (only 1,500 pairs will be sold) will be donated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

Google founder Sergey Brin has offered to match all donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation up to $50 million through the end of 2012, which will hopefully motivate buyers to bid high--but we're guessing that wasn't going to be an issue.

According to TMZ, the very first pair of the Nike Air Mag, which is what the futuristic footwear is called, was sold for $37,500 last night in Los Angeles.

We all know what Doc Brown would exclaim in reaction to that sum of money.
