President Barack Obama started his second term in office with an inaugural address delivered to thousands in the nation's capital Monday.
Obama's speech came just after his public swearing in ceremony, performed by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. He delivered his remarks in front of the U.S. Capitol, and later embarked on a parade back to the White House.
