President Obama has accomplished several "firsts" during his time as commander-in-chief. Not only is he the country's first African-American president, he's also the president to answer questions on Twitter.
The White House recently released behind the scenes footage of Obama responding to tweets as he includes hashtags and reacts to his posted tweet.
Obama initially held a Twitter chat about the administration's Congress to-do list in May, he then returned to the social network on Monday to answer some questions on the "fiscal cliff."
The president is aiming to find a resolution with Congress before the end of the fiscal year. Taking a firm stance on the issue, the administration has reportedly stated that it is ready to go over the fiscal cliff if an agreement is not reached.
