Police: Please Stop Calling Or Texting This Alleged Drug Dealer's Cell Phone

Cops can't go through the device if it keeps pinging every few seconds.

Please stop calling or texting this alleged drug dealer's cell phone.

Police in Alliance, Ohio, have been trying to search through Steve Notman's mobile device but their efforts have been thwarted because it keeps getting messages from alleged customers.

Notman was arrested on Tuesday night after allegedly being captured on camera dealing crystal meth.  According to WKBN, he was allegedly conducting the illicit business in his home with his 3-week-old daughter nearby.

"PLEASE STOP CALLING Steve Notman's cell phone," the City of Alliance Police Department posted on Facebook on Wednesday morning.

"First of all, he is all out of drugs for tonight. Secondly you don't need to call -- we will come to you soon enough," the department added.

Notman is facing charges of drug trafficking, endangering children, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia. With bond set at $250,000, he remains in jail after pleading not guilty during a court hearing on Wednesday.
