Today would've been Marvin Gaye's 73rd birthday.

We don't want to reopen our debate over whether Sam Cooke was a better singer than Marvin Gaye. But regardless of where you stand in that argument, you can't really deny that Marvin had mountains of swag.

Here he is performing "I Want You" -- a personal favorite -- while lounging on the couch in a Belgian hotel room. Epic.
