During their first few days in NOLA, the Travelistas took in the sights of the historic French Quarter and African-American neighborhood of Treme, while fueling their adventure with some classic Creole grub.
This time around, they're going inside the kitchen of some of the city's most famous haunts -- from the New Orleans School of Cooking where Andrea learns how to make a roux to longtime favorite Galatoire's for a lesson in how to cook soft-shell crab.
Later, the ladies check out New Orleans' unparalleled music scene, hitting the dance floor to zydeco music and the sounds of a local brass band.
