Answers by Bob Myers, General Manager and President of Basketball Operations, Golden State Warriors, on Quora.

A: We've been fortunate to have some good chemistry. Chemistry is something that takes time to develop. We are still in the nascent stages of having Kevin on our team. We feel confident that his addition will only add to the positive chemistry we've been able to develop over the last couple of years. We try to add as many good people in our organization as possible. We definitely feel that Kevin meets this criterion. It should be fun to see how we evolve over the course of the season.

Honing the ability to read a contract, negotiate a contract, and protect your clients legally are tools that agents use that most people may not be aware of. Sometimes you are also put in a position to have to evaluate talent when you choose who you want to attempt to represent. When I was an agent, it took me many years to fully comprehend the NBA's collective bargaining agreement.

A: It's a unique experience. First of all, the players are a lot better than I thought and they play a lot harder than I thought they would. The inmates are also the referees, so sometimes the officiating suffers.

The only thing that's different than a normal pickup game is that you don't trash talk.
