The false start in football is certainly an obnoxious penalty to be flagged for. All the offensive line has to do to avoid it is stand still until the ball is snapped. Florida State right guard Zebrie Sanders seems to have made an art form out of it. In the video below, Sanders does not even flinch even after the ball is snapped. While the quarterback is running for his life, Sanders remains in his position like a statue, with absolutely no apparent clue of what is going on.
