Body Art: Irish Body Painting Competition Turns Models Into Alien Artworks (PHOTOS)

Artists, models, free spirits and nude enthusiasts converged in Dublin last week for the second Irish Bodypainting Competition. The themes for this year's challenge were "alien knowledge" for body painting and "music of the mind" for face painting.

From the photos below, it's safe to say the competitive spirit brought out the best and wildest visions from the participating artists. But in the end, Michelle Anderson came out on top for face painting, and Orlagh Gilsenan for body painting.
