We all need help maintaining our personal spiritual practice. We hope that these Daily Meditations, prayers and mindful awareness exercises can be part of bringing spirituality alive in your life.

Today's meditation centers around an ancient Buddhist chant, "Om mani padme hum." The phrase roughly translates to "the jewel in the lotus flower." It is a Tibetan mantra for compassion and for freedom from negative karma.
