Tonight at 8:30pm Eastern on WNET, New York City's network of public television and media, begins running a few of the interviews Pat Mitchell, President and CEO of the Paley Center for media, did this year as part of the Center's "She's Making Media" series. In the weeks to come, the network will air interviews with Thomas, Fonda, Arianna Huffington, Eve Ensler and Maria Elena Salinas.

In tonight's episode, Mitchell talks to actress Glenn Close about her career, her relationships to the female characters she plays, and what she really cares about.
