World War II veteran Jack Schlegel appeared on MSNBC with Chuck Todd Friday morning to tell his stories from June 6, 1944, sharing a tale of a personal moment he had with U.S. General George S. Patton after receiving his first Purple Heart.
"I had a drink of Johnnie Walker Black Label with Patton," Schlegel said. "And my wife don't believe it, but the language Patton used, f-this and f-that, you know? He was really something."
Watch Schlegel tell his awesome story in the video above.
