Julián Gil no solo es galán en las telenovelas, sino que también cumple ese mismo rol en el jurado de Nuestra Belleza Latina. De las seis temporadas que lleva el show, el ha participado de cuatro de ellas, sus compromisos lo han llevado a decir un par de veces que no.

Siempre está dispuesto a piropear a las participantes y juega con el hecho que una de ellas terminará siendo su novia, sin embargo a la hora de las elecciones se lo toma muy en serio y no permite que su corazoncito de mujeriego lo traicione.
