US Army Veteran Stephen Lee Explains How Meditation Cured His PTSD (VIDEO)

WATCH: US Army Veteran Explains How Meditation Cured His PTSD
|

US Army veteran Stephen Lee went from a war in Afghanistan to a big university campus where he had nothing in common with his classmates in addition plus two new babies in his home that he didn't have when he left.

Lee explained to HuffPost Live host Ricky Camilleri how he would watch himself get angry and balling up his fists and he knew something was wrong just by the way he interacted with the world. And then he became part of a study on meditation and the brain. To find out how meditation affected him watch the video above.

Stephen Lee is one of the people featured in 'Free the Mind', a new documentary about the brain, neuroscience and meditation.
