Shakira Tweets 'Thank You' Message To Fans, Teases About New Music For 2013 (VIDEO)

WATCH: Shakira Teases About New Music In 'Thank You' Video To Fans

The Shak is back--online that is. And in a style growing increasingly common for the Colombian singer, the 35-year-old took some time to personally address her fans with a short "thank you" video.

On Monday morning, the Barranquillera tweeted a Spanish and English version of her “little message,” thanking fans for their support and teasing about what she’s been working on in the studio.

The video may only be 20 seconds long, but the star’s words are enough to wonder what her fans can expect from her next year. (Watch video above)

“I'm very excited to see you all again soon and for you to hear my new music,” Shakira tells her fans in her video. “I'm sure 2013 is going to be a great year for all of us. Un besito. And take care.”

Between lawsuits and baby news, Shak had plenty to keep her busy in 2012. So what’s in store for the artist in 2013? It seems that besides motherhood (of course), fans can look forward to new music from the star. Perhaps a new record to be released before her debut as NBC’s “The Voice” new celebrity judge in March? Let us know what you think.
