I think we'll be seeing this on SportsCenter's Not Top 10 list on Friday.
In the top of the 11th inning on Sunday, National reliever Tyler Clippard got set to throw his first pitch to Cincinnati's Drew Stubbs. But as Clippard went through the motions, he slipped and fell down on the mound.
The stumble proved to be a bad sign as Clippard went on to give up three runs in the inning, giving the Reds an 8-5 win.
