Posing topless in Times Square in New York City has been legal since 1992, and Mayor De Blasio and Governor Cuomo are currently trying to ban it. This week Cosmopolitan.com spoke with the Topless Women, or "desnudas," who stand topless in Times Square to learn about their mission.
