Terminally-Ill College Basketball Player Honored By Wheaties

Lauren Hill has joined the likes of Michael Jordan, Muhammed Ali and Babe Ruth on an exclusive list of athletes to have their picture on the front of a Wheaties box.

Over the weekend, the Mount St. Joseph freshman fulfilled her dream of playing collegiate basketball. Hill, who has only months to live due to an inoperable brain tumor, scored the opening basket of the game before more than 10,000 fans.

In honor of the momentous occasion, "The Breakfast of Champions" featured an image of Hill on the front of their box:
