Shave your legs and armpits, tweeze your eyebrows, style your hair, paint your nails, put on your "natural-looking" makeup.
These things have become routine parts of most women's "expected" routines. While some of these things may make us feel genuinely good -- some women love playing around with makeup and that's awesome -- they also have the potential to cause a whole lot of anxiety. We've never seen someone capture the truly frustrating aspects of female beauty culture so well as musician Siwan Clark did in her music video for "The Armpit Song." We recommend watching it all the way through -- the end is particularly powerful.
