Tony Gonzalez Channels Ron Burgundy In Falcons Player Introductions (VIDEO)

NFL Star Channels 'Anchorman' During Player Intro
|

I guess channeling Ron Burgundy helps NFL stars play better. Hey, it worked for Tony Gonzalez. As the Falcons offense took the field for the first time in their 35-31 win over the Eagles on Sunday night, NBC showed each player introduce themselves. The player introductions looked normal until Gonzalez came up, phrasing his line in the form of a question. He went on to have a spectacular performance, scoring two touchdowns before the fourth quarter, one of which was an incredible one-handed grab to give the Falcons the 14-10 lead just before halftime.

There were no reports on who typed a question mark into the teleprompter.
