Late night TV hosts delivered pretty much the same message to highlight the importance of International Women’s Day on Wednesday.

They each aired satirical segments in which they imagined how their shows would (or more likely wouldn’t) function if all of their female producers, writers, makeup artists and other cast members were off honoring “A Day Without A Woman.
