During the Mets-Royals game at Citi Field on Saturday, a musclebound spectator got the workout of his lifetime -- from a water bottle.

All that time spent in the gym and the guy has somehow failed to build up his wrist strength. Eventually our protagonist ceded defeat, and handed the water bottle over for someone else to give it a try. Presumably he spent the rest of the game muttering "I loosened it for you" over and over, softly, to himself.
