Customer's Request That Servers 'Show More Skin' Is Met With Delicious Wit

The PERFECT Response To A Request That Servers 'Show More Skin'
|

A customer's request that servers at a West Virginia restaurant "show more skin" really got under the owner's skin.

"It was brutish," Daniel McCawley, who owns Atomic Grill in Morgantown, told ABC News. "I was upset. I'm a father of a 12-year-old girl and I've got five sisters. The way that women are treated is pretty personal as far as I'm concerned."

But McCawley didn't just get mad, he got clever.

As a response to the now-deleted UrbanSpoon comment, McCawley went ahead and posted more skin -- potato skin, that is -- on the restaurant's Facebook page and offered a $7 potato skin special. All the proceeds go to the West Virginia Foundation for Rape Information Services.

Kudos flooded the page, and the gesture also caught the attention of media outlets.

"OMG DO YOU LOVE THIS GUY OR WHAT?" Jezebel's Rebecca Rose wrote.

You're the bomb, Atomic Grill.
