Stainless steel appliances are a gorgeous accent to any kitchen. Unfortunately, the metal is prone to finger smudges and other blemishes that make it look dull. Luckily, our friends over at Real Simple have discovered a great way to polish stainless steel appliances using olive oil.
Simply pour a drop of oil onto a rag and wipe down the machine. Once the marks are gone, use a paper towel to create a shine.
This tip is great if you’re looking for a natural way to clean because you’ll avoid harsh chemicals found in traditional cleaning products. Also, since you most likely already keep a bottle of this kitchen staple in your pantry, it’s a bit of a money-saver.
